Paul WilsonGlobalPaul Wilson has been training, coaching and innovating with some of the world’s leading innovators for 25+ years. He brings a wealth of client and consulting experience (from Molson Coors, AMV.BBDO, ?What If!, Make Believe) to understanding AI’s role and value across creativity and innovation. In 2023 he co-founded BIG IDEAi that deploys proprietary AI tools to accelerate client’s innovation processes, projects and capabilities.

Brent McCallumUSBrent McCallum has been inspired by the power of words and ideas to help people grow for 30+ years. Following a journalism career that spanned 3 continents, he held senior marketing and innovation roles for Novartis Pharmaceuticals. In 2012, he launched the US office of storytelling agency Make Believe and became managing director in 2019. A co-founder of Big IdeAi, he believes AI can help teams accelerate the innovation that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
